I’m Laura Lanza, founder of Living Well Rooted. I help women step out of modern wellness overwhelm and return to what actually works. My approach focuses on root-cause gut health, hormone balance, and stress regulation — without crash diets, complicated protocols, or extremes.
I believe in rebuilding from the inside out through simple, sustainable habits that create lasting resilience.
I live on a 26-acre regenerative homestead in Northern Illinois with my husband and our three boys. Together we raise pasture-raised poultry and laying hens, run a seasonal farm stand, preserve food through traditional canning, and pass down old-fashioned skills to the next generation.

I'm so glad you're here. You are invited to join me in celebrating both triumphs and challenges on your homestead journey. This is going to be fun! Are you ready to be a part of it all?
